What we have to do is just cop it sweet that Gerard Sutton will adjudicate on a number of our games durinfg the season.

What we need is a captain to speak nicely to him and not give away dopey penalties like stripping the ball, laying on a tackled player and not standing back five metres.

We're a lot fitter this season so all the above shouldn't be a big ask.
