You are 100% correct. Have heard the same thing. He is also aligned with the old board and while he kept his position is still dirty at Andersons and Dunn.

Coorey’s problem is he was aligned to the ousted board, he burnt his bridges with them when he agreed (backroom deal) to support Lynne & the reform ticket so they could take control of the Leagues Club from Peponis. Didn’t work out too well for anyone.

Yep summed it up. From what I've heard even though he's the chairman he's got very little power due to the voting numbers. I think he enjoys the ego boost of being chairman more than anything else
