I'm guessing that the Roosters offered him big dollars in league terms and that the NRL paid him a stupid amount of money for the privilege of doing that shitty SBWow advertising campaign that was run when he signed up to play league again. Never said he had signed. Read my post again. It really isn't that hard. A lot of players are discussed at board level. Some they pursue others they do not. To flatly deny any deal has been discussed as you have alerted to is very naive.
