The high rated players in Fifa are the high rated players in real life but in this scenario you also have to pick the formation. Also there is more to a player than just their rating. Their passing ability, defense, speed, dribbling... So many things will impact the result.

I will produce a draft order. We will use the snake draft to pick our players. Everyone picks 18 players and makes a formation then when everyone has finished drafting I will make those teams on fifa 15 and let them play each other in a knock out tourney until there is only 1 team left and they will be crowned The Kennel Fifa Draft Champions.
