Yeah, he was something all right. Apart from rendering the opposition player unconcious, he could slip a pretty good pass as well. I remember in a golden point nail biter he ran at the line and slipped Ben Roberts a pass for Roberts to score under the posts. Its the only golden point game I've seen won by a try.

From memory, it was our first golden point game against the Warriors at ANZ Stadium.
Haha I was just about to post the same thing. Man I wish some of the boys at the club now showed the same passion and fight that O'Meley did. I actually have this video saved on my phone for a pump up every now and then!!! I was devastated the day he was forced out. In saying that we do have a pretty good replacement in a ginger from the motherland. Some of his passion needs to rub off on the rest of the team!!!!Never get tired of watching this
Nearly had a bloody heart attack when they went for that play lol. Luckily enough it paid off.
