No wonder it would give me a good buzz. Did I mention i was addicted to it. Use to buy it by the cartons until my place of work stopped getting it.

Up until about 2008 I use to have 4 bottles of V a day and a pre-workout suppliment before the gym. Not good for you. These days I have 2 cans of V a day.

I honestly don't like the stuff. Basically when it comes to the active ingredients you have excessive amounts of the sugar and caffeine. A single can has about 10 cups of coffee worth of caffeine and even more sugar. That's what gives you the buzz. The rest of the ingredients are rubbish used for marketing that have no effect.

I'm happy with a coffee.

I'm onto those Boss coffee cans now. Actually taste like real coffee.
