Ch 9 News (inc DannyW) EMRE GULER Requests Release From Raiders on compassionate grounds

Sitili and Stefano or NAS and Sitili would be big for us. Sitili and Horsburgh still very strong, Guler I’m not sold on but what is good is there’s a few middles becoming available which bodes well.
 
Idk if he can keep up with our boys lol which is wild to say about our team. Nah but pass lol

It's for their own juniors. In the ranks they have mariota, sasagi, mooney, noah martin, Puru. Not to mention the established 1st graders that don't get much time like Saulo, horsbraugh and Guler. They are absolutely stacked with forwards. They don't have many outside backs which is why they are trying to offload big boys (if the media reports are true)

big no to Guler but I think Stefano wants to leave so we will see what happens there.
 
Why not, i havent really seen much of him but he would be good off the bench instead of morrin, or even to replace patolo/knight
 
Wasn’t that long ago a number of posters on here were creaming their pants over the possible signing of Alex Twal & that lunatic Alex Seyfarth ffs!

Emre is better than both those flops, not saying he’s a future Immortal, but he’s better than Twal/Sayfarth.
And Emre’s brother in law did tell me a while ago, that when he was last off contract, Gus did sit & chat with him if that’s anything to go by going forward as Gus maybe a fan without a huge price tag.

But I reckon he will think twice about joins us, he might occasionally have to wrestle the whole squad :laughing:

Fair enough, the important thing is we are in control of our destination.
No more desperate signings, we'll only sign the players that fits our criteria !

If we’re getting Guler (who’s probably the bottom of the lot that’s available), surely we’re making a play for Stefano? Or, Gus must be scrounging together a war chest to ward the Roosters from stealing our best juniors for their future rebuild
