Is it anything like the TV show in that they'll stare at each other for 4 episodes, then scream "Aaaaaarrrrr" while glowing for 3 episodes, then fight for 30 seconds, then say "that's impossible" 40 times in a row?

I watched it 2 weeks ago it is not bad at all just the Japanese dub is stupid sounding. High pitched men/women trying to be tough doesn't work, the English voice actors suite it more.
