BULLDOGS BEEF-UP
Heavyweight boxer and former Roosters front-rower Willis Meehan has agreed to join the Canterbury Bulldogs for the remainder of the season. The club is now waiting for a clearance from the NRL’s integrity unit because of off-field issues from 2015 when his contract was deregistered. If cleared, Meehan will be a good signing to add some much-needed oomph to the Bulldogs pack. Canterbury is now a $1.40 favourite with the betting agencies to win the wooden spoon.
If he has some size and aggression lets take him, cant be any worse than some of the forwards we have

I don't see the problem with this deal if we've only signed him for this year. Similar to the Ava deal.

Of course he will be on low money, whats the end of season cut off the end of October? A 5 month contract he might be there to fire up some of these cream puff poofs like Napa Ogden and Atoni LOL
Idk if its a good move or not but it wouldn't be costing fuck all, assume he must be generally fit just not NRL fit obviously..
