wen my brother was about 2 he was a nightmare to feed. my mum would have to literally repeat, eat, chew and swallow to him. One day, as she was used to doing it, he was already eating. SO when she said, elie kol! he started crying and said "I'm ekoling!" it was so cute

I don't, not even with Greek.

If you wanna speak English, speak English fck ya. It's because people keep abbreviating, changing words around, that the English language is dying and people can't say, or spell simple words any longer.

Just because it looks like a tarantula is trying to escape from my budgie smugglers, and I wear a permanent fur coat, you shouldn't generalise.

So tilhus baydotti.

I don't know about that, but it's not dying.

Maybe evolving is a better word

Both apply.

Evolving as it always naturally would, but also dying because people make mistakes now, that would have been so elementary say 100 years ago. It only gets worse - never better.

Yeah, but it's more widely spoken now than 200 years ago.

Maybe the form of English from 200 years ago is dying, just like the olde English from thy 1000 years ago is dead hear ye

What would you both know. For both of you, English is probably your second language :p

LOL@some of the replies in this thread.

I thought it was only a Leb thing tbh. Except for the Greeks. They always try to be different - just like they chose not to go with the mainstream hole :p
