The Coast already have over 1000 paying members and a ****load of sponsors.... they wont have a team until at least 2013 and they are already probably going better than a few clubs

why would melbourne fold? if the nrl wants this comp to become a TRUE nation sport they HAVE to have a team in melbourne.

melbourne have made a lot of progress this year, they got over 25,000 to the steelers game and over 14,000 for a monday night game and they have the new stadium opening soon.

Now with the cap breach all this progress could be lost and i really hope it doesnt as i really want the people of melbourne to embrace the storm.

We need Melbourne in the comp for RL to grow in this country. If anyone thinks they will be kicked out doesnt really understand the the bigger picture. They have been handed the heaviest fine I think you will find in Australian sport and a lot more will follow.
