He has been accused of raping women, drugging women, sexually trafficking women, including at least one underage. But they're all civil cases.

Homeland security raided his homes, but he wasn't arrested and no one knows why they raided.

Not sure about the gay part of it. I know there was a rumour about him being gay a long while back with many reports from male celebrities that he propositioned them, but apparently those reports were all fake. There seems to also be heaps of misinformation going around about it so not sure what is actually true and I don't think anyone knows at this stage.
