Pretty sure Hill said they wouldn't be approaching other clubs selling players off. IF another club approached them, then that's a different story and then negotiations are on the table.

As long as we pay zero $ towards his contract at another club I'm fine with it.
Never and never again should the club be forced to off load players like they have had to over the past two seasons.

If a club is shopping players around its a "buyers" market, if other clubs make the approach its a "sellers" market so in that sense Hills use of phrases is important. The cap issues need to be fixed before the roster can be significantly improved, although given the clubs lack of quality backs and a surplus of forwards I would have thought moving players like tolman, lichaa would be a priority.
