Development teams going back to pre covid ages?

Hey boys.

I know with all this Covid crap they changed the ages for Harold matts, Sg ball etc, im hearing from 2022 it will go back to normal , example Matts are back at 16, Sg ball 18.

Do you think this will happen?

Are they resorting back to there ages from next year?

From what I've heard, 17s, 19s, 21s here to stay. NRL is pushing for development for all players in ages 13 to 15 with the elite training starting at the 16s for the best. This is apparently based on world data.
