Originally I thought maybe upgrade Edwards but that doesn’t really do too much given he can play from round 11 anyway. Either bring someone else in now or lock a junior in cheap to have more cap space for next year… in saying that I don’t think the cap is tight. It’s going to be interesting

My theory on it is Davey was the one leaking story to the press about players being forced to play with injury. Club decided to cut him loose. Could be wrong and it’s all part of some master salary cap management for this season but we’ll see soon enough

Davey is now signed for 2023 and 2024 with Parra. He will be 33 when his contract expires.

We didn’t release a quality or elite player in their 20s. Everyone calm down.
