Plenty of reports are saying that he is going to be at the Dogs. Some have said by Rd 6 and some others have said by Rd 10. I've heard that he is only going to be here for this season and then head back to Rugger which would be pretty pointless IMO. Still wouldn't mind but long term its no good.

Just went and checked out the Bayonne Rugby site (all in French) but clicked on a video of Gowie in action.

I hate Gower but it's the only choice we have at a premership winning halfback directing us around the field. It could really fill the void and who knows with his presence we have the potential to go all the way.

Another year for Barba and Groom to mature. Guidance for both ... cant go wrong having Gower and Johns as mentors

I'm surprised no one mentioned the latest news. I forget where I heard it but Gower has supposedly said he is interested in a guest stint at an NRL club when the rugby season finishes in France. Now the rumour of him wearing the blue and white has more credence but he could just as easily go back to the Panfas. They need him more than us tbh!
