Us transplant patients have been told to hold off. I'm not a doctor but I guess when it's safe for us it will be safe for everyone.
Professor of Epidemiology and Australian advisor to WHO, Prof Mary-Louse McLaws, says Astra only has efficacy rate of less than 80% so thats 1 in 5 people with virtually no coverage anyway and it doesn't protect against all the new strains circulating.

She says we wont finish vaccinating everyone till this time next year so can't possibly open Australian borders till then or travel OS and if you dont have vaccine immunity from UK, Brazil, SA strains and travel, OS countries might not let you in anyway.

Pfizer by far the best vaccine of the 2 on offer here.

That's bare minimum time frame according to her.

For anyone curious, the risk of death from blood clot seems to be around 1 in 2.5 million, which is higher than the risk of blood clotting associated with the Pill.

That said, get the Pfizer one if you can.
