Lucky for you here is the recipe and methods :P

INGREDIENTS
For the choux pastry
125 grams butter
1 cup plain flour
1 cup water
4 eggs
For the sauce
1 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
400 grams cooking chocolate
1 cup milk

METHOD

To make the choux pastry

1 Melt butter and water together.
Bring to the boil.
2 Let bubble for 2 minutes and let
it rise.
3 Add sifted flour while hot.
4 Beat until it forms a ball.
5 Add eggs, one at a time, beating
well between each addition.
6 Spoon onto greased baking tray.
7 Bake at 200°C for 30 - 40 minutes.

To make the sauce (don't make til you're ready to dip the profiteroles into!)

1 Place chocolate and milk in
saucepan.
2 Stir over medium heat until
melted.
3 Mix sugar and yolks in separate
bowl.
4 Stir sugar mixture into milk and
heat until slightly thickened but not
boiling.

To serve
1 dip profiteroles in chocolate sauce to cover the top when the profiteroles have cooled down

2 Fill profiteroles with whipped
cream or custard

Any other recipes out there.

5 Min job: I make Frankfurts in Lebanese bread with tomato sauce, kids love them.

1.5hr job: I also make VB chicken. Get a webber BBQ with a lid, drink half a can of VB and put the half full can on the BBQ, stand the chicken upright with the opened can within it, close the lid and cook for 1 - 1.5 hrs. Moist chicken including breast! I assume you could do it with any liquid!
