Without getting into the negativity and hate for our currant coach because I am sure there a lot of members are over it to be honest, lets see some ideas and thoughts of what our coaching staff and playing staff should look like in 2018.
Instead of shit canning what we have today lets see what we can all contribute to next years roster.

Cleeland and Foran in the halves.

Martin and RFM in the second row with Martin kicking goals.

Jacko 13(c) with the same role in the middle he had in Origin. Woods and Klemmer starting front row.

With Des gone, Tolman will struggle to get the same game time he's been seeing.

I have never been impressed with Jimmy D as a coach so i think change is desperately needed and that includes him.
I would like to see some modern ex players given a crack ala soccer coaches...i wouldnt mind Kimmorley being involved, Pay as long as he is coaching modern tactics, Ennis could be in the coaching staff somewhere, really im open to anything once the change is made.

Who i wouldn't like, Jason Taylor, Mick Potter, Brian Smith, Neil Henry...
