Hey guys this young player was at the panthers not so long ago. Only made a couple appearances for Rorters. My tip RFM might have his hands full to regain his spot once he returns from injury.
He should surprise many.

Yes but he has been stuck behind some handy backrowers at Penrith and Easts though. I recall seeing him earlier this year I think it was (or maybe late last year) and he seemed OK. Hardly a Cordner but he seemed OK. Here's hoping anyway.

He has struggled to get a starting spot in NSW Cup this year. Defence is shocking.

Sure its not Maloney shocking, but Maloney also scores points.

2014 Panthers - 1 game, 27 tackles, 8 missed (avr 8 per game).
2015 Panthers - 20 games, 415 tackles, 41 missed (avr 2.05 per game).
2016 Roos - 20 games, 567 tackles, 54 missed (avr 2.7 per game).
2017 Roos - 20 games, 544 tackles, 74 missed (avr 3.7 per game).
2018 Roos (to date) - 15 games, 326, 55 missed (avr 3.6 per game).

Round 7 he missed 9 of 27 tackles made (33% of tackles missed).
Round 8 he missed 13 of 20 tackles made (65% of tackles made missed).

That said his best game this year was when we pumped Wyong Roos 40-18.

Coaching effective defence in juniors (and some seniors) is always a challenge, some kids have and some don't...

Coaches don't make a player miss an average of 4 (often more) tackles a game.
