I refused to renew my membership because of the mediocrity of Dib and Hasler. I will renew it if Dean Pay comes on board.
I am also cheering for Paul Dunn to provide some leadership to the club.

Fair question.... If Des stays I'll say max 13,000 memberships in 2018 (approx drop of 7,000 on this year) and I base that on the fact we struggled to get that at games on average this year.
We will see the biggest slide in membership numbers the club has ever seen IMO.

Good. Not that keen on Jimmy or Pay but i'll take anyone over Des. Hopefully whoever comes in brings some specialists coaches to the club. Hearing Noddy might be back so that's a start?

Des is 100% gone. Was suppose to be last week but negotiations to get out were still underway. I think next week it will be announced without a replacement. That will be after once they talk to jimmy pay and who ever they deem suitable. Everyone should get their membership dollars ready.

Well, after growing memberships, year on year for the 10 years to 2016, we were down 2000 members this season.
If hasler re-signs I'd expect that trend to continue, -2000 to -3000.

Maybe they wont. But that wont matter to much. I have supported the Berries and the Bulldogs for almost 50 years.
I think I can identify mediocrity when I see it and I am seeing it now. For the clubs sake, I hope this mediocrity does not continue.
I think Pay and Dunn will provide leadership, which is missing now. Something has to happen.

A current dogs trainer told me this about a month or so ago but with someone as shonky as Dib running the show I want something official.
He knows how stupid and weak thus makes him look and we all know how power hungry people like him are.
