Des has a great footy brain and earns great respect from players for being strict and loyal. However, I do get confused how he lets the same players make the same mistakes week in week out. Patience and experience might be the reason but surely he can afford to tighten the rains on consistent poor form.

It was raining. Des probably told them to not pass as much coz in the wet it is riskier. In those conditions we really needed the forwards to control the game, but they didnt. Graham having only playing a handful of footy minutes in 2 months probably didnt help that. I thought we did well to only lose by 8 in the end.
