jonathon daviesHow about best short term wonders of each decade? Seriously good players that for one reason or another were only at the top with us for one or two season.
80s Conlon
90s McGrady
00s JT
10s Barba
are you sure that's all you're cracking at elliott lolCracking a major sadface at the lack of love for the best backrower in the game Adam Elliott in this thread
If only they would have picked the "General Luke Patten" instead of Brett Hodgson in the 2006 Origin when he gifted Lockyer that try in the dying minutes & gifted them the series that cursed us for the following decade.Nailed it. Luke Patten one of the best players to not have played Origin
Agree with your comments re 2010-2019. However Turvey definitely the player of 80 to 89. He played in 5 GF and won 4. Lamb played in 3 GF and won 2. Turvey saved 3 tries in 80 GF and was the main reason we got to the 79 GF from 5th place. Lamb did not play in 85 GF and Turvey controlled the game and pinned the Dragons in their half and goal line. Turvey was also our best player in the 86 GF when we should have won.
Ben Babar, would have to be up there for 2010 - 20191980-1989 turvey
1990- 1999 lamb
2000-2009 sherwin

Les Johns and Kevin Ryan 60,sWho would be the best players of the 60s and 70s?
Hoping some of the older people drop some Bulldogs lore on us
