They scout kids for skill at the ages of 10-13 and get them into their youth programmes right away...

This is why player misdemeanor is so high these days. 15 years ago it was almost unheard of to be earmarked whilst still at school let alone primary school.

Now these kids know they are gonna make it before they have experienced anything in life. It spoils them and they become used to getting what they want when they want.
