Not only the current coaching staff but start form the top .. the board of directors, they have promised BIG but has gone backwards since taking over a few years ago ... just because her dad was a great club manager doesn't mean his daughter will be one too ... time to get rid of her and her management team and bring someone who knows how to take action and not just talk!!!

Positive is if Stevie g has made such an impact Barrett should be able to get them firing add a few quality players we start looking like a real team

I'm really concerned we don't have the cap left to sign anyone else because we've paid overs to a few players (Jackson, Elliott, Hopa, Thompson). Cotric isn't going to improve us much by himself. If we let Foran go we could be even worse with 2 out of Wakeham, Cogger and Lewis as our only halves. Can't see us getting Burton early unfortunately plus we still need a hooker better than JMK and Katoa.
