Brett Finch Injury

I think I heard on the news Brett Finch had 2 broken hands (broken in consecutive tackles) from last nights game? any news?

(at a party so I didn't here it fully)

6 is fine too, the more they rely on Brett Firman the happier I'll be. Their halves are BAD this year.

Word is that Flannery will get a run as 5/6 till Finch returns. Personally i'd drop Firman to 5/8, Wing to halfback and Webb starting Hooker.

I injured the ligaments in my right hand and the last 2 weeks have been tough. I am not a natural lefty!

THE famous Sydney Roosters No.6 jumper is once again vacant after a freakish accident saw new five-eighth Brett Finch break both hands in successive tackles.

The injuries - which happened within 15 seconds of each other - will force Finch out of the game for between six and seven weeks, and the club does not expect him back until round four against Wests Tigers.

Finch thinks he may not return until round five.
