Boat parking question

i see boats parked out in the harbour (see picture for an example of this)

i wonder how do the owners get to the boat?

i assume that they actually swim out to the boat and climb on board, is that what they do?

but isnt that a major inconvenience? it would suck to swim out there especially if you have equipment, and also to anchor the boat and then having to jump in and swim to shore when you are finished

They hire Arnie who scares the shat out of them by saying "Get 2 Da Chopperrrr". They then get to the chopper immediately, hover over the boat until positioned, and get kicked out by Arnie.

I think that's more conceivable.
