I just convert the NRL games to mp4 and watch them as normal.

LOL, it's good to have the game on hand to prove a point to someone

I use "Cucusoft Ultimate DVD + Video Converter Suite" it already has an iPhone preset, all i have to do is, tick "keep aspect ratio" so it doesnt stretch.

Very easy to use app, works a treat
