Don't we have to spend like 95% of the cap ? There's a lot of noise about us getting Paps. If the Roosters were signing Hunt you'd think they would have done it already. We're not spending money on anyone really. Might be keeping it in the bank for someone big like Hunt

Yeh Tracey must be in the team somewhere, Fox did free up a position. Paps is great but im scared with him, the severe type of injury he had has ended the careers of others. Hes like watching T Turbo run. You know hes great but any time hes gone for months. How strong is Paps' rehabbed parts? No doubt hes a massive talent and gamebreaker. If we can get at least 20 games a year from him (and all finals) hes probably worth the big pricetag that will come with him.

Gus having the last shot at him will be huge. Smartest mind in the game. If he wants him he’ll be ours by next week, and as I’ve said with others, if Gus and Ciro both want him in the dogs jersey then I’ll support it.

Mathematically, this cap space argument doesn't work if your over the cap to begin with. Just sayin.
