You can get pizza from pizza hut without cheese and just vegies.
Did you also know you can eat oreo's those cookies but only the chocolate centered ones

Yeah I've given everything up. Fish and Alcohol included. I have wine every now and then though.

yeah we dont eat fish only two days you can eat fish this sunday palm sunday.. i gave alcohol as well but i got drunk on wine on Sunday. i had too.

i will double on after fasting but the gym should help me

It was a personal choice giving fish up. The thing is, I LOVE fish and i'll eat that everyday, so how am I fasting if i'm not suffering/being tempted?

not eating meat and dairy products is suffering and being tempted everyday. i LOVE meat i eat meat everyday and i really feel it when i am fasting. but i totally agree with what your saying you need to be tempted and suffering that is the whole point.

i know people who think they faint if they do it and some people it is true but some just use it as an excuse.
my X didnt want to do it so he could train at the gym
