i'm all for it coming back...i miss the days when we used to make it difficult for teams to beat us at home...im sure teams used to dread playing us back in 04...seems like ages ago and i cant wait till it comes back

i thought the only reason the drums were banned was beacuase of that stupid drum beats group that use to perform

best atmospher ever was at the penrith semi final at the sfs
when they had johnny diesel singing and you couldnt even hear him because of the dogs crowd

drums won't bring back an atmosphere, i found them quite annoying at times.
more bums on seats and a willingness to support the team will help create a bit of atmosphere. big stadiums are killing the enjoyment of watching a game live.

yep, they didn't stop and had the same repetitive beat (as drums often do). more people will help.

in 04 when i went to some games i was alot younger there all i could really remember was the drums getting played! haha most of the time i didnt kno the score haha but i say bring them drums and flags back

kat... you gotta find the right ppl to play the drums... remember in 06 when we had the that dumb **** in the kennel who couldnt play at all and annoyed the ****s out of everybody in there?
i agree with ozman bout not letting every1 play the drums and maybe just limit it 2 a few ppl within the kennel or something as part of their membership (similar to being able to bring flags) coz if every1 starts bringing a drum it wont sound heaps good and can have a repeat of wat happened a few yrs ago.
