Bulldogs should look at this legal avenue . This court is recognised worldwide and their decisions are binding on any sporting organisation.

Gallop you faggot, youre a disgrace

time to move on. we are still in a good position on the ladder with a great points differential. the team should forget about it and move on and i'm sure they have already done so
Exactly. There's no reason why we can't consolidate on what we already have.

You are ****ing kidding me.

Sir Laurence Street:
+ John Fairfax Holdings Limited; Director 1991 - 1994 Chairman 1994 - 97

Fairfax Holdings Limited own Sydney Morning Herald.

Interesting that it's a rival to News Limited, and still is.

Oh and News Limited own:
NRL properties
Brisbane Broncos Ltd (68.87%)
Cowboys Rugby League Football Ltd (100%) (2001 - 2007)
Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club Ltd (100%)
National Rugby League (50%)

Suss much? I wonder what Fairfax got out of this deal?

I think you're going way too deep.

We just need to spit in their face by winning more games.

The only way we can get back at Gallop is to keep playing good footy, finish in a good position and try bring that statue back to belmore where it belongs. Im disappointed with the result but im glad its over now and lets keep focused on the field where it all counts.

settle down everyone, this was always gonna happen, its a shame we lost 2 points because of a mistake but in the end of the day, we did score a match winning try with 14 men

So f*cking what?

Why dont we go back and strip the points off the Cowboys in 2007 and Broncos in 2004....

Hell if the Cowboys did lose those 2 points we would've jumped them on the ladder and had a home game in ANZ against them...

We lost that semi 20-18...

What hapens if a team accidently has 14 players on the field at the start of a match. This decission means they should just abandon the match as there's no way they'll get the points if they win the game.
Similarly its in the interest of the opposition as they will get the points for the forfeit but not if they lose the match and the winners are stripped of the points.
Such a stupid ill conceived decision by Gallop and his geriatrick lackey Street.

We should protest outside the NRL HQ.

I totally agree, but it would be nice to have a precedent by which all infringements are punished so that there isnt any time wasted on appeals

there is a big difference with having 14 men on the field or scoring a match winning try with 14 men

the latter alludes to there being 14 men in the line up, that is a misleading interpretation considering ennis was back on halfway after being felled illegally

nevertheless, we move on

Lets see Gallop's smug face if this happens in a semi or grand final. As usual the NRL over react to compensate for the fact they are usually asleep on most things, and open an avenue for an even bigger mess later on. The precedent has been set. 14 on the field from here on in means you lose including gf and semi finals. When it happens we will be the laughing stock of other codes.

Suppose we'll have to get over it tbh...

What WOULD be nice is if both the Dragons, Titans and Broncos lost this week and we win...catapulting us to the top of the ladder, along with smashing Penrith by 70 points in our next meeting
