King Plodder himself has announced his retirement at seasons end after 314 (as of last weekend) games for Storm, Dogs and Sharkies.

Still an achievement playing 300 plus games in the NRL but has been well and truely past it for a few years now.

Playing his last game against his beloved Dogs, he probably wont be just making up the numbers but nor will Canterbury be.
Part of our defensive brick wall over the years, had a long innings, all the best Aiden.

Was a great clubman for the Dogs and a good servant of the game.

Did his job well, then various coaches either changed his role, or were coaches who didn't get the Tolman on the 4th outa him.

Did his job with Fitzy so it's on our poor coaching the way his last years with us went.

All the best in retirement Tols.

Didn't realise he played 300+ games, great achievement. Got through a heap of defensive work when he played for us.

That said, he'll always be remembered for his offensive prowess. No one ran it on the 4th like you did Tols

222 games for Bulldogs, and retiring in 2022.

Very underrated with his defence and metres made. You always knew what you were getting with him.

Dependency, reliability, and a 4th tackle hitup.

Wishing him all the best in his future endeavours!

Tolman comes across as a guy who will remain in footy when he retires. Could be a future coach for us one day
