Fiji is the same. Cheap ciggies but you end up paying $70 for a bottle of Vodka and $20 for a bottle of Orange Juice.

Bali would be my guess too. Alcohol is so cheap there except American whiskey.

I played Slayer on Easy. I lasted about 2 minutes. I forgot how hard it is.

I used to do quite well on it. Sad it was a fad that died out.
