I don't mind what Laundy's saying but the main reason why Elliott was sacked was due to what he was on in the salary cap. He just wasn't worth what we were paying him (I honestly think it has very little to do with what Elliott did, nothing like what he's done previously at least). If he was willing to take a pay cut (if that's even allowed, let's say 100-200k) maybe that would of been a good middle ground. The salary cap is almost everything in regards to how competitive you can be and ours is average at best now (previously completely F'd).
