Bulldogsteve… looking at the 29man roster yesterday, it’s clear we lack an Experienced Prop, a backup half/6 & a back up No.9.

So if releasing Schoupp means we can sort out our shortfalls in our roster then im all for it

Fa'amanu Brown is the perfect backup 9 and will be at the club in 2023. Probably because of Schoupp news. Also, we are battling it out with the Rabbitohs for the signature of Martin Taupau.

Good move in my opinion. He’s a hog and doesn’t have the hands to release JAC down the left edge. Alamoti is going to be a future superstar, and Skelton also will be ready to rip in. Declan Casey can be just as good in the meantime.

Schoupp always seemed to have attitude issues and playing with a confidence that didn’t match his abilities.

Earlier this year when we played Manly and lost by a DCE field goal, Schoupp made it his mission to nullify Tommy Turbo and set a blueprint for other teams. He succeeded that night although Tom did score 1 try.
