I know there has been a lot of talk of boycotts and taking dumps outside of dogs head quarters but the game is on and the ship is sinking and I am jumping on board.

Hopefully the pack of clowns can get out of the tent and get a win for those turning up to watch something that resembles first grade footy.

Since this game can not ruin anyone's weekend who is turning up to see the boys hopefully scrape another win together?

It's a catch 22, they absolutely deserve our support in tough times but we absolutely deserve to make a stand against mediocrity.

Who cares about playing for Hasler lads, how about you play for the jersey that so many before you have worn with pride and built an incredible history for the club!

A club that pays for your bills, supports your respective families and your personal health and wellbeing.

Go out there and steamroll the bastards!!!!

All we need is for Lafai to run past Hoppa.
The boys need to appreciate first grade and realize who.s boots they are following in, try to realize its a dream come true, they are part of history, be the best they can and make the sponsors, club and supporters proud win or lose.

At this stage the only good weekend is when we have a bye.

Herein lies the problem though.... not a win, nor loss, will change a fans mind today.

Win today = Oh the dogs were always going to fire up because their backs are against the wall.
Win today and string together a few wins = we are back on track.
Win today and fold for a loss for next few weeks = fluked a win.
Lose today = Just another loss to notch up. Typical Bulldogs.

Our clubs issue is we have forgotten how to:
  • Win games
  • Score points
  • Maintain a lead
  • Close out a game
  • Defend
  • Play 80 minutes
No amount of media scrutiny is going to fix that.
