It was only the Dragons and we played like it was only the Dragons, we treated them with disrespect and played some touch footy creating a confident vibe, its the power of the mind, this team can go a long way if it thinks right.
We could of won by 60 nil if concentrated better.

Jackson tackled all day and killed them on the edges , I think if bird is suspended he should play for nsw

Well pretty much the whole team played good but these 3 blokes stood out for me.
Congrats to Eastwood on that TRY!!!
Yeah I think this three should get the nod but I'm not worried about the order they come in.

Jackson is our best in defence, he cuts people in half tackle after tackle.

His jaw is fine mate. Didn't you see the Fiji v Samoa game?
I did, yes. His jaw was swollen post-match as he had just had a plate removed if I'm not mistaken. Inu was also quoted yesterday saying that he is still "slowly recovering from injury".

I'm inclined to think this is the reason other players returning from injury (Brown and Stanley with no NSW cup time) have been picked before him. Of course the risk of damaging his jaw during recovery is still present while he's playing NSW Cup/Samoa, but maybe Des just thinks FG is that much more physical.

Otherwise, Des may not see him as a winger at all anymore.

One of the best games I have seen Jackson play. Both him and Lafai terrorised the Dragons' left side defence

1. Jackson.

Forwards were devastating that is what I want to see. As Gould put a Blue Wave crashing down. If we continue to play like this through the forwards and give our backs room to move don't see too many teams able to compete with us. Our attack still needs some work but we have plenty of time for that. Disappointed we gave away that last try though. Was really looking forward to keeping them to nil, still think Brown is a weakness in defence.
