True, don't want to be like Sharks and be top 4 only to fade out in straight sets due to easy draw
 
Doesn't appear anyone has mentioned it, not sure if i missed something. But we only have one belmore game this year?

Manly round 21 is TBC so most likely that? Not sure why it would be TBC though

I think this might be decided on how the season pans out. If we are looking good or bad at that point. The decision might come back to either Belmore or Accor depending on what looks the better option.
 
Wow, I think the argument the NRL does is no favours with the draw is dead in the water. This is a Cronulla level piggyback draw.

Definitely no excuses in 2025.

It’s a cakewalk draw. We should have top four locked in and be resting players by that point. Can’t believe how soft they went on us, tbh.

Analysis: Reasonable draw for Bulldogs fans, who will be hoping their team, can improve on what was a somewhat surprising sixth-place finish last season. It’s a favourable start to the year, with three games against 2024 bottom eight teams (Dragons, Titans, Eels) in Rounds 1-3. In fact, the Bulldogs only play one top four team (Sharks) in the first ten rounds of the comp. However, they’re in for an absolutely brutal run to end the regular season with a murderer’s row of opponents in the final four rounds. In order, they’ll take on the Roosters, Storm, Panthers and Sharks in Rounds 24, 25, 26 and 27.

Can you imagine that?!? Watching us play Manly there with a packed hill is a fond memory of mine. One of the few things I remember from back when we played all our games there. I don’t remember ever being there in a bigger crowd. It was well over the capacity these days.

According to the article on strength of draw for each team they are 6th easiest iirc. Always getting a leg up smh.

We are 11th.
