Doubt it. When he started 2023 at 6 and had to defend in the front line, his defensive frailties were exposed numerous times.

Centre on each side is just about the most important position in the backline from a defensive standpoint.

I'm not sure I want our boys playing, seems to be a very high risk of getting injuries in Origin due to the intensity and speed. I'd rather they rest up in preparation for our final 8 games of the regular season which will be the toughest.

Looking at the squad posted in Code Sports, you'd have to think Kurt Capewell is going to have a tough game. It's ok if he replaces himself but he's going to struggle if they need him to replace someone else in the team.

Fifita was terrible this week for the Titans. Capewell was close to the best Warriors player this week won’t let anyone down.

I would have picked Welch myself.

NSW forward pack is going to destroy QLD with Haas up front, hard runners Martin and Angus on the edge and Leniu and Barnett on the bench. Jurbo will obviously do all the defense work.

Huge loss basically an extra 5/8 playing in the centres last game would have set up half of NSW's points in game 2. Whatever option they went with has questions, Best is the safest choice but he can't pass the ball to save his life, Burton hasn't played there in 4 years, and Turbo is a week back from a 2 month layoff. I thought they may have punted on Turbo but it's a gamble with his body

So you run Luai at 9 who has never played there? That would be more ridiculous than Fittler putting Gutho on the bench or Talakai.

Watson has played everywhere he's the ultimate utility, you either go him or you pick the two hookers in Korisau, they went the utility.
