Good coach, and a team that always accounts for the games they should win. That’s 50% of the wins right there. They have perfected the sweep play, which they use repeatably

Don't know why Fitzgibbon is raved on about as a coach TBH. He hasn't done anything with a better than average roster at his disposal. Maybe people are just basing judgement of him around the fact that he was a Roosters assistant?

Finals have been abysmal. Yet he guided to a top 4 finish two seasons back. He’s not going to bad to start he’s career.
