I'd make Kikau (c) & Mahoney (vc). I think the captaincy could lift Kikau to play his best.
Thompson, Mahoney or Toby. You are very fixated on SST, I must have missed your suggestion?
Toby is an interesting one, hard to say how he has been going with that aspect of his game. Thompson is gone I would have thought?Thompson, Mahoney or Toby.
McLean?Anyone on the market who Is experienced and will come in cheap that could be a decent buy?
Don’t think Kikau needs a lift or that his overall form is at question. Played the first 3, manly game was poor, big effort down at Melbourne and scored at belmore. His injury cut out any relavent part of the season came back into a side glued to 15th. He’s a real asset to have for next season.I'd make Kikau (c) & Mahoney (vc). I think the captaincy could lift Kikau to play his best.
He won't be cheap and will want a long contractMcLean?
I'd be happy with MahoneyGiven our current predicament, who we make Captain and who provides leadership for our younger players next year will be pivotal.
It appears RFM was a mistake, and Burton hasn’t really shown much either.
Do we stick with two Captains?
Sio Siua Taukeiaho I believe has Captained Tonga and could provide some good leadership qualities we so desperately need.
Won't get either. He won't be cheap and will want a long contract
Possible. Another option, what about Tariq Sims?McLean?
I think that Preston will eventually be Captain, but probably needs to play at least another 50 games before getting the role.Hey Presto
He's 32. No one is giving him a long contract. He won't be cheap and will want a long contract
Yeah thought of him as well.Possible. Another option, what about Tariq Sims?
I could be wrong but I thought he re-signedMcLean?
When I picture Kiks all I see is https://www.facebook.com/Nrlunivers...lling-south-sydney-after-the/942873546299544/I'd make Kikau (c) & Mahoney (vc). I think the captaincy could lift Kikau to play his best.
So he will stay at CowboyWon't get either.
