There is also a Pacific Bowl group of men and women's teams(the lower ranked ones)Fiji, Cook Islands and PNG are the 3 men's second tier teams.
The two best teams from each group play off in their respective final.

On the women's side their Bowl group is 4 teams one of which is Tonga.

Seems like a waste of the momentum Tonga has gathered over the years. But a 3 test series will certainly add some spite and interest on the return matches
