That's my point though. Melbourne and Parra are worse than last year. Souths and the Roosters are way worse. Manly are worse. Nth Qld, Cronulla and Brisbane are all improved but not threats to challenge Penrith. I can't see them losing. I'd love to be wrong because I'm sick of them. But couldn't handle Parra winning. The celebrations from Eels fans would be unbearable.

I don't think the Eels are worse. They have big game experience that they didn't have before.

They could've spent that money on fixing their halves. They have a really good forward pack. Mitchell Pearce got them to the semis last season. Someone like Mitchell Moses has them in the top 6.
