Munster is a big game player. I'm expecting him to fire up during the finals. Storm have been underwhelming so far but could go up a gear this week.

Wonder if Sofa will lay down again this week?

Will Bellamy have to take him off the field again to keep him out of trouble? :grinning:
Yeah, Bellamy denies Sofa has a problem with his dirty play yet pulls him from the field whenever it starts getting feisty. Hope the Raiders pack rip into him.

Can’t wait for this weekend. Every game I can see going either way, so many potential twists and turns. Time for the big game players to stand up

Will be interesting to judge the seemingly huge gap between the Top 8 and the bottom 8 and sit there watching jealous as all hell lol (for the time being).

Massive gap, yet there probably should be between contenders and pretenders. We just need to get back to being contenders again. Pumped for Peyton to go through he’s first finals campaign, bloke seems calm as. Fitzy first year finals, have barely heard from him all year. South’s coach another finals rookie, then the usual suspects

You've put another interesting aspect of the Finals forward that few of us have thought about but is just as riveting.

The Coach's and how they play it :grinning:

I reckon all the home teams will win 1-10. Only the Raiders I can see causing an upset.

Really, a good finals series should have all games decided by 10 or less points IMO.

Cheers Zill.

The best thing about Toops and Sua'ali'i returning is we separate Momo and Hutch, the thought of those two defending next to each other kept me up at night. I'm not too concerned about Cook returning, he's been known to go very quiet in big games or even have shockers.

The Eels by 6-12. They'll ambush the Panthers who will be flat.
Melbourne by 12-20. Sticky will over cook the Raiders in training and they'll be down by 20 at half time and never recover, think 2020 prelim final V Melbourne.
Sharks by 14+. The Sharks will get to a lead and then strangle the Cowboys with their very good defence.
Roosters by 16+. Any closer than that and my blood pressure will start creating diamonds. If we lose you won't hear from me for a week or two as I'll re-fill my bong with scotch and stay completely wasted until the pain subsides.

Do you guys have anything to cheer for in the lower grades?

* We have NSW Cup still alive bro.

* Cook is half the player he was.

* Tonight is the first time this year Penrith are at full strength

Still give the Eels a good chance whilst acknowledging they also could get beat by 18-20 if their not "on", Penrith are so professional(but not unbeatable).
Parra's forwards have been on lately and this is where they can ruffle the Panthers.

Penrith are specials at home IF they turn up and play to their best, they'll run away with it in the 2nd half. Both teams look very strong, but the Panthers bench looks stronger and that's where Panthers will have the edge come the 2nd half.

Only way Eels win is if Panthers play them in, knowing they have a 2nd chance of meeting the Eels again but can't see that happening. Panthers 13+
