Maybe no luck but i just saw the no try with Sami being held up by Manu. Problem was that he was carrying the ball with his inside arm. If you carry the ball with your ourside arm which is further away from the cover coming across you can use the inside hand to fend off the cover defender and buy some time. A basic fundamental you should learn in juniors well before you get to first grade.
