Yup, Bellamy backs himself to improve players and, probably even more importantly, instill them with confidence. He comes across as a hard nut who won't accept failure, but there is no doubt he gets more out of players than other coaches.

Pay: "We're a young team, you can't expect much"

Brenko is no Josh Morris or Stephen Crichton, but he has enough about him to be a good first grader. Coaches have got show that they believe they can improve the players they have. That attitude of itself instills players with confidence.
