It amused me no end seeing in another article that Flanno senior needed payback because we didn't even interview the former peptides boss.
There are some dangers we'll face. The biggest IMO will be carrying a whistle that no level of disinfecting will clear of the smell of shit. I can hardly remember a game where Shitton hasn't done everything in his power to give our opponents as many chances to beat us as possible. And given he'd probably know we've supposedly compiled a dossier on him, I don't think this weekend will be different. Regardless of our discipline, there's a good chance we'll have players in the bin for shit that the merge won't get penalized for. Hip drops the judiciary won't waste time looking at more than once, Mahoney is only going to have to look at players the wrong way to get in crap. Any player that tries to take one of our players out without the ball will be declared as taken out by a decoy runner. I get really nervous when we have this referee. And if the dragons plan is to resort to thuggery, I dare say they'll be allowed to play in knuckle dusters and carry police batons as defensive aids and he won't notice.
In saying that we copped it from Ashley Klunt last week against a better team than the Merge and won with Burton having a horror week with the goal kicking. We would have been able to relax if he was nailing the goals. So I can't dismiss the nerves, but I know we can beat anyone on our day.
