Cash was always worthless. It's just a piece of paper (or in our case, plastic) that represents a market value. It depreciates just like digital money.So a one world cashless society appears to be upon us?
Most big businesses not taking cash anymore.
Its ok to tap a plastic card thats covered in germs to pay for products though.
Why am I still working if cash is going to be useless?
It's all just symbolisms of trade. Something with no value except the value we force on it. If society crumbles then people will stop trading plastic and paper and will start trading actual useful items. Like toilet paper.
