According to Uncle Nick the Roosters have the lowest amount and number of TPA's which were last year I believe quoted at 200k......and I used to watch Ripley's Believe it or not thinking some of their stories were pretty far fetched..........The Storm, Roosters & Broncos have a plethora of TPAs that’s where they have the edge in attracting & retaining whoever they target
Correct 200-300k I can’t remember, but was printed as part of transparency with nrlAccording to Uncle Nick the Roosters have the lowest amount and number of TPA's which were last year I believe quoted at 200k......and I used to watch Ripley's Believe it or not thinking some of their stories were pretty far fetched..........
Hahaha, uncle Nick is a magician! The roosters have a board worth over a billion dollars! If the board decided to take the boys out for a dinner, and upon returning to their vehicle's the boys accidentally find a couple of hundred thousand dollars under their driver's seat, who's going to know!According to Uncle Nick the Roosters have the lowest amount and number of TPA's which were last year I believe quoted at 200k......and I used to watch Ripley's Believe it or not thinking some of their stories were pretty far fetched..........
I think what uncle Nick means is $200k to $300k per player, Greenberg must have miss understood!Correct 200-300k I can’t remember, but was printed as part of transparency with nrl
Sorry CB, but uncle Nick said they are still under the cap and they had the lowest TPA's out of all the teams, uncle Nick doesn't lie!Rooters are over the cap and by a mile. Do not tell me what so ever that there line up is worth 9.5mil.... it’s more like 15 mil... please tell me how in the fucking world do they keep under the cap and have all these players that practically play international/rep football across the park. They get rid of Furgo and wow sign Brett and a England international winger. Gtfo load of shit. As people have suggested just fucking break the salary cap and buy players and who gives a fuck. We get a fine and slap on the wrist and if we win a comp wow they take that off us. But what they won’t take is us celebrating a gf win and closing the streets down at belmore. Lol
Talk about flogging a dead horse!Rothfield said we’re spending $9.5m on a $6m team. Well what do you think we’re trying to do Mr Rothfield, we’re trying to fix that by offloading overpaid players to get to a situation where we are spending $9.5m to get a $9.5m valued team, that’s why we got no one! It doesn’t happen overnight!
No, he actually took a $30k sacrifice. He didn’t take a pay cut he just took less then the other offers.
That's just pocket money for Cronk and his Harvard Degree education... So he can buy books and lollies...I think what uncle Nick means is $200k to $300k per player, Greenberg must have miss understood!

It makes sense to make longer term plans. Good players aren't available every year. So as part of the re-build they may have decided to pick up a potentially great option a year ahead of time. Not much backline talent was available by the time we cleared some cap space. So rather than paying overs for someone not worth the big money, they opted to pick up quality where it was available. No doubt some of the off contract second rowers will move on by 2020. And by then CHN would be settled elsewhere had we not bought him when he was available.I think we needed another prop to replace Klemmer the signing that is perplexing is CHN. It’s not a knock on him but adding another second rower when we already have plenty of depth there is dumb when we have so many other areas that need strengthening.
Harper lol..!! More special than what we have now, he’s a gun.. and needs his shot ASAPI don't understand why we signed Napa when we had no specialist centre? We can get by without Napa but we really need specialist centers to defend out wide.
